An intimate and luxurious four-season mountain lodge within Deer Valley Resort
Tasked with designing a new generation condo lodge, IBI Group had the challenge of bringing modern mountain character to the rustic timber vibe of ‘village life’ in Deer Valley. Working closely with East West Partners, IBI’s architects and landscape designers brought innovative ideas, combining new twists on traditional features with imaginative and contemporary styling.
Located at the base of the Silver Strike chair lift, One Empire Pass is a ski-in/ski-out facility with full concierge and amenities for mountain adventure and luxurious living. Site elements include après-ski patios with fire pits and bocce court, an event deck and hot tub terrace with two vanishing edge spas and adjacent hammock gardens, an onsite gym and exercise room and a master plaza including a grand staircase, perfect for signature family photo moments.
Nestled within the breathtaking aspen forest, One Empire Pass provides a unique leisure living environment which embraces both up-valley and down-valley views of ski slopes above, and Historic Old Town Park City below. Its modern spin, alpine landscape and pedestrian amenities creates a unique, family-friendly destination in the mountains for every season.
